Hamilton will be preparing taxes using the drop-off method. What this means to you is that after your paperwork is complete, you will have an interview with a tax counselor. Your documentation will be left with that tax counselor for tax prep and a quality review. Some tax returns will be completed within an hour or two and some will require you to return to the Senior Center at a future date to pick up your completed return.
